What you'll do
- SAP FSA Consultant to configure, extend and integrate SAP Field Service and Asset Management within a customer engagement landscape serving multiple business units
- Core FSA Configuration & Mobile Solution
- End-to-End Service Execution Setup: Configure the entire service lifecycle flow (Service Call ? Activity ? Assignment ? Work Order), status schemas, and dispatching rules
- Dispatching & Planning Board: Configure planning boards, technician utilization logic, automated scheduling/dispatch policies, and custom filters/views
