About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project and service delivery for a large SAP Application Management Services (AMS) engagement. The role is responsible for project governance, delivery execution, customer and stakeholder management, financials, resource planning, risks, escalations and continuous improvement across SAP AMS services.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution and governance of SAP AMS projects, enhancements and initiatives, managing scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies
- Own customer-facing governance and act as the key interface between customer IT/business leadership and SAP delivery teams; manage reviews, expectations
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and effective management of incidents, problems, changes, releases, backlog, major incidents and service improvement plans
- Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams and third parties; manage dependencies, transitions, releases, cutovers and successful handover into steady-state AMS
- Maintain structured RAID, action, decision and RACI governance; proactively identify risks/issues and drive mitigation, recovery and closure
