About the role
Responsible for Plant support at Bosch Chakan plant for Braking systems (2 wheeler-ABS) based on customer and project requirements. The role involves end-to-end topic collaboration/ ownership, timely and error-free execution of engineering activities, technical coordination, mentoring, and driving innovation and cost optimization.
What you'll do
- Resolve manufacturing issues affecting production output
- Ensure smooth start of serial production (SOP)
- Drive design optimization, innovation, value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
- Drive reduction of quality defects and customer complaints
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) using 8D, Ishikawa, and 5-Why methods
