About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Application Support Analyst to support and operate digital supply-chain applications covering E2open (E2MV), SAP MM and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless supply-chain operations through application monitoring, B2B/integration support, inventory reconciliation, issue resolution, analytics and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Monitor and support E2open / E2MV applications and supply-chain transactions to ensure smooth business operations
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve B2B transaction and integration-related issues
- Monitor and troubleshoot errors related to E2open platform and integration adapters
- Support SAP MM processes related to inventory management, material monitoring and shipment booking
- Troubleshoot SAP integration, interface and IDoc-related issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
