About the role
The Intelligent Automation Business Systems Analyst will serve as a member of Boston Scientific’s HR AI & Automation product team, supporting the delivery, maintenance and continued advancement of intelligent automation solutions.
What you'll do
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate and define opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into clearly documented functional and technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Develop current and future-state process maps and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize or redesign processes before automation
- Serve as a key functional resource supporting a mature portfolio of more than 100 production RPA automations
- Identify recurring production issues, enhancement opportunities and opportunities to improve automation resiliency, scalability and performance
