Design Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Design Lead to drive impactful visual storytelling across digital platforms and campaigns. This role extends beyond execution and requires a strategic creative thinker who can transform ideas into compelling visual narratives for global audiences.

What you'll do

• Lead projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring strong creative thinking and high-quality execution
• Design compelling and original visuals across social media, digital campaigns, branded content, and marketing initiatives
• Develop storytelling-led creatives including carousels, explainers, presentations, and narrative-driven formats
• Translate briefs, insights, and trends into visually engaging concepts and scalable creative solutions
• Contribute to campaigns, launches, and key moments through thoughtful, high-impact design
