About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who goes beyond editing and thinks like a content creator. This role is about shaping stories, not just assembling footage. You’ll work across short-form and long-form content, own quality across outputs, and help define how content is packaged, adapted, and consumed across platforms.
What you'll do
- Take raw footage, briefs, or match moments and turn them into clear, engaging narratives
- Lead editing across short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form (shows, features, highlights)
- Create high-impact edits including hype videos, promos, teasers, and key moment storytelling
- Long-form → multiple short-form cuts
- Variations for hooks, retention, and distribution
