About the role
As a Talent Sourcer, your role will be to ensure to deliver required support to the Lead/Sr. Sourcers. The primary responsibilities include managing the Talent pipeline, Handing the messaging cadence efficiently, and making necessary reports to meet the SLA.
What you'll do
- Manage all Sourced Talent Pipeline
- Track messaging cadence for respective projects
- Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting
- Provide necessary support to Lead/Sr. Sourcers
