About the role
The Business Analyst – Technology will serve as the bridge between programme teams, support functions, leadership, technology partners, and end users. The role will be responsible for understanding organizational needs, analysing business processes, documenting requirements, improving systems, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring technology investments create measurable value.
What you'll do
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering (25%)
- Engage with Programme, People, Finance, Fundraising, MEAL, Administration, and Leadership teams to understand business challenges and opportunities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, focus groups, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Develop strong relationships with internal users to understand operational realities and pain points
- Facilitate discussions to prioritise business requirements
