About the role
This role drives the career awareness & mentoring initiative of Bright Future called ‘Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad’. The purpose of this role is to work with the youths in the age group of 14 to 25 years (called as aspirants) and build their awareness of career . The Facilitator will be leading administration, scoring and interpretation of Bright Future’s.
What you'll do
- Conduct workshops and sessions on designing a career path & provide 1:1 counseling
- Discussing career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process
- Assist the Social Worker in mobilization of youth for the ‘Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad’ programme
- Lesson Planning and Facilitation for career readiness sessions which are a part of the ‘Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad’ programme
- Conducting career interest tests, analyzing the scores and preparing career interest test reports
