About the role

The Head – Resource Mobilization will play a critical role in driving the organisation’s growth by securing funding through CSR partnerships, institutional donors, and strategic alliances. This role goes beyond proposal writing—it requires ownership of the entire fundraising lifecycle , from opportunity identification to closure and relationship management.

• Fundraising Strategy & Pipeline Development
• Identify, map, and prioritize CSR and institutional funding opportunities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective donors
