About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Manager – Manager – Strategic Support to serve as the single point of contact between Bright Future and an external consulting firm engaged for strategy development. This role is crucial in ensuring effective coordination, communication, and implementation support throughout the strategic planning process.
What you'll do
- Facilitate smooth communication, alignment of expectations, and timely sharing of data, inputs, and feedback
- Develop and manage timelines, meeting schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with the consulting team
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure their participation and contribution at key stages
- Maintain clear records of meetings, decisions, and shared documents
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy development, identifying patterns and actionable insights
