About the role
The social worker is focused on working with schools, CBTC (Community-based Training Centre), and YDTCs (Youth Development and Training Centres) to drive Bright Future's programs and initiatives. The purpose of this role is to engage actively with stakeholders to increase their participation in the organization's programs.
What you'll do
- Conduct community mapping and profiling exercises to identify key stakeholders and schools to partner with
- Design and Facilitate the stakeholder engagement activities in line with the findings of the above exercise
- Organize events/Sessions/workshops for communities with parents, youth groups, NGOs, and other stakeholders to build awareness in the community through the CBTC
- Create Youth and adolescents and Schools pipeline and the database ready for the program to achieve the goal smoothly with the help of alumni and Change Leaders…
- Mobilization of youth and adolescents to ensure minimum expected enrolments in the programs
