Senior Manager - Growth & Finance Intelligence

About the role

This is the highest-leverage seat on our Growth team. As Senior Manager – Growth & Finance Intelligence, you'll be the right hand to the Head of Growth: you'll own acquisition performance end to end, operate the analytical and decision-making systems the team runs on, and act as a force multiplier on everything we ship.

What you'll do

• Acquisition performance, end to end — paid spend across Meta, Google, and programmatic channels: campaign structure, budget allocation, bidding
• The funnel and the cohort data — decompose drop-offs, size opportunities
• Growth-to-unit-economics — LTV, payback, contribution margin. You prioritize initiatives by P&L impact, not gut feel
• The growth operating cadence — sprint planning, daily health/DRR reviews, proposition-share reviews
• Force multiplier to the Head of Growth — turn strategy into shipped initiatives, pick up the workstreams that would otherwise bottleneck on one person
