What you'll do
- Responsible for leading the Drives Systems Engineering and Hardware Development team, ensuring the successful development, integration
- Drive the development and implementation of systems engineering and hardware development processes aligned with Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 Functional Safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including software, mechanical, validation, manufacturing, quality
- Review, approve, and release system requirements, system architectures, hardware specifications, interface definitions
- Ensure robust systems engineering practices including requirements management, architecture development, traceability, risk analysis, change management, verification
