Financial Services Program Director

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Associate Director / Director – Program Management to lead strategic programs, optimize business operations, and institutionalize processes across multiple teams within a financial services environment. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in business management, strategy and operations, program management, or COO office functions, along with strong people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

What you'll do

• Act as a central liaison between business leadership, financial research teams, operations and technology teams
• Lead strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities
• Standardize workflows, processes and operating practices across multiple teams
• Design, implement and manage structured workflows to improve operational efficiency and accountability
• Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures and compliance tracking mechanisms
