About the role
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Core Human Capital Analytics to join a team responsible for delivering data-driven insights and analytical solutions to support Human Capital and business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analytics, HR analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization, along with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for senior management.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze and interpret workforce and Human Capital data
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations that provide meaningful insights, identify trends and recommend business improvements
- Analyze workforce metrics, including headcount, attrition and other talent management indicators
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Use ETL and data visualization tools to develop analytical reports for business stakeholders
