Trade Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Middle Office (Project Management) to lead operational projects supporting complex trading strategies and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, hedge fund operations, middle office functions, and project management, with the ability to translate operational challenges into scalable solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and deliver middle office projects from requirement gathering through implementation and final sign-off
• Manage project scope, solution design, testing, stakeholder coordination and delivery timelines
• Work closely with trading desks, technology teams, operations teams and external vendors
• Identify operational challenges and develop sustainable solutions that reduce manual effort and operational risk
• Support the full trade lifecycle across multiple hedge fund asset classes
