What you'll do
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the Risk & Safety (R&S) studies
- Drive achievement of annual budgets and resource utilization metrics set out by the IND product line
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards where applicable
- Establish performance metrics, KPI’s and continuous improvement programs, oversee capacity planning and resource utilization
- Technical Service Delivery for Risk & Safety activities
