About the role
The PLC & SCADA Engineer is responsible for the design, programming, testing, commissioning, plants. The role involves integrating instrumentation, electrical systems, VFDs, analyzers, and field devices to ensure reliable plant operation and compliance with project specifications.
What you'll do
- Design PLC control systems for water and wastewater treatment plants
- Develop PLC software in accordance with project specifications and functional design
- Design and configure SCADA and HMI applications for plant monitoring and control
- Prepare control philosophies, I/O lists, network architecture, and automation documentation
- Review P&IDs, electrical drawings, and control panel drawings
