About the role
This role is crucial in ensuring that our cases are managed efficiently and effectively, from initial client contact through resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a deep understanding of personal injury litigation processes. $3 to $5 per hour, in addition to a competitive bonus.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage client cases throughout the lifecycle of litigation including intake, discovery, trial preparation, and resolution
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing any questions or concerns
- Work closely with attorneys to prepare legal documents, gather and organize evidence, and develop case strategies
- Monitor and maintain compliance with court deadlines, statutes of limitations, and internal timelines
- Assist with the preparation of discovery responses and various legal pleadings
