Lead Engineer (Manager), Microsoft Power Platform

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform engineer to design and deliver complex enterprise solutions for clients while helping raise the technical capability of our broader Power Platform team. This is a hands-on player coach role with significant client delivery responsibility. The Manager will remain deeply involved in solution architecture, software development, troubleshooting, implementation, technical reviews, and client discussions.

What you'll do

• Serve as a hands-on engineer and technical lead for complex client engagements involving Microsoft Power Platform
• Design and build enterprise applications using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies
• Develop custom solutions using C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, plugins, custom APIs, PCF components, custom connectors, Azure Functions
• Design scalable Dataverse architectures, including data models, security, integrations, business logic, and performance considerations
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, SQL, APIs, and other enterprise systems
