Crowe is seeking a Tax Services Senior Associate (Senior Staff) – State and Local Taxes (SALT) to join the Crowe Tax team in India. Today." This position is responsible for US tax compliance work for our clients including preparation and initial review of Tax returns and work with other tax professionals in the firm.
What you'll do
- Preparation and detail review of US state and local income tax returns, including state modification calculations, multi-state allocation and apportionment calculations
- Prepare and Detail review of workpapers and calculate Sate taxable income
- Participate in the state estimated and extension tax payments process
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss and resolve tax matters
- Manage client engagement timelines and priorities, liaising with the resource management team to align staff assignments with engagement demands
