About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager to join our Transaction Services team in India, specializing in financial due diligence. The role offers the unique opportunity to build and lead an offshore team and collaborate with US-based transaction services team. You will also have the opportunity to work on a high volume of deals with a particular focus on healthcare services.
What you'll do
- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow
- Develop and manage complex financial analyses using advanced Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and other data tools)
- Prepare management meeting agendas and coordinate follow-ups
- Review and synthesize information from data room materials to identify key issues and risks
