What you'll do
- Carry out the activity of Project Manager on orders for the replacement of parts or complete exchangers, including Shell and Tube or Air Coolers
- Prepare the Order Opening document upon receipt of the order, containing main information to be discussed during the order opening meeting with relevant department…
- Monitor activities carried out by various departments and interface directly with suppliers to ensure final delivery
- Monitor Purchase Requests and related Orders to ensure they respect the budget and that deliveries align with the manufacturing plan
- Prepare Progress Reports on the order's status with illustrations, graphs, and other relevant information for the customer
