Project Manager

About the role

As a growing scientific communications agency, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to manage the successful execution of internal projects and coordination with external collaborators. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance across all project stages.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end execution of projects ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery using project plans, timelines, and tools like SharePoint
• Monitor and control project performance by tracking milestones, consultant costs, invoicing, cash flow, and time investment
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements through accurate archiving and reporting
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external collaborators (e.g., freelancers) to ensure efficient project execution and service delivery
• Having experience and looking into drafting, reviewing and assisting Statement of work and project proposal in alignment with the client and project requirements
