Assistant General Manager

About the role

To create the external business development strategy and execution plan for Cadila CRO. Develop long strategic partnerships and generate new business opportunities. Associate with key senior management members to set and execute new short and long-term business strategies for Cadila CRO. And Develop and nurture the global business team and maintain the healthy P&L statement/s.

What you'll do

• Constantly develop and maintain a strong network of clients
• Display company's capabilities through presentations & facility tours
• Develop strategies and implement actions that will convert customers to add value in company's proposition
• Ensure optimum utilization of capacity and fill the gap through strategic planning and execution
• Establish and monitor the achievement of the set goals, taking necessary action as needed to ensure the set targets are achieved
