About the role
The AGM – Training (Sales Force - BSBU) is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and capability-building programs for the sales organization. This role ensures sales teams are equipped with the skills, product knowledge, and behaviors required to achieve revenue and customer engagement goals.

- Develop and execute sales force training strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
