About the role
Plan, execute, and monitor daily granulation activities as per the approved production schedule. Supervise dispensing-to-granulation activities, including sifting, dry mixing, wet granulation, drying, milling, and related operations. Operate and monitor equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Multi Mill, Octagonal Blender, and associated systems.
What you'll do
- Plan, execute, and monitor daily granulation activities as per the approved production schedule
- Supervise dispensing-to-granulation activities, including sifting, dry mixing, wet granulation, drying, milling, and related operations
- Operate and monitor equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Multi Mill, Octagonal Blender, and associated systems
- Ensure manufacturing activities are performed according to BMR/BPR, SOPs, and approved process parameters
- Monitor critical process parameters such as mixing time, impeller/chopper speed, binder addition, granulation endpoint, drying temperature, and LOD
