About the role
To manage the P2P purchase team to ensure procurement of required goods at the right price, right quality and right time To manage the Gift purchase team to ensure procurement of required goods at the right price, right quality and right time Lead all commercial negotiations on price, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), lead time, and payment/credit terms, ensuring optimal cash flow management in coordination with the Finance team.
What you'll do
- Manage the P2P purchase team to ensure procurement of required goods at the right price, right quality and right time
- Manage the Gift purchase team to ensure procurement of required goods at the right price, right quality and right time
- Lead all commercial negotiations on price, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), lead time, and payment/credit terms
- Conduct thorough cost analysis of materials and products to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effectiveness
- Drive and implement cost optimization and Gross Contribution (GC) improvement
