Deputy General Manager

About the role

To lead business finance operations for assigned business units/functions by providing strategic financial insights, driving financial performance, optimizing costs, and partnering with business leaders to support profitable growth and effective decision-making.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage business finance teams supporting various business units/functions
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management processes
• Monitor business performance through financial analysis, KPIs, and management reporting
• Partner with business leaders to develop strategies, evaluate investments, and improve profitability
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
