About the role
The Head – New Product Development (Business Unit) is responsible for identifying, evaluating, developing, and commercializing new products within the assigned Business Unit. The role drives the BU's product pipeline by collaborating with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to ensure timely launches and sustainable portfolio growth.
What you'll do
- Responsible for identifying, evaluating, developing, and commercializing new products within the assigned Business Unit
- Develop the annual NPD roadmap for the assigned Business Unit
- Identify new product opportunities aligned with the BU strategy
- Conduct portfolio gap analysis and recommend new product additions
- Drive lifecycle management initiatives for existing products
