About the role
To ensure the reliable, safe, and energy-efficient operation of air conditioning, HVAC, and refrigeration systems through effective preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and performance monitoring.
What you'll do
- A. HVAC and Air Conditioning System Maintenance
- Operate, inspect, and maintain air conditioning and HVAC equipment
- Handle split ACs, window ACs, cassette ACs, ductable units, package units, and VRF/VRV systems as applicable
- Monitor central air conditioning systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and ventilation systems
- Check supply and return air temperatures, airflow, humidity, and system operating pressures
