- Serve as a primary point of contact for workforce management policies and are subject matter experts on workforce optimization steps
- Responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to make conclusions that help streamline all processes
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
- Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs
- Assist hiring managers in designing hiring and training plans
