About the role
The role will be responsible for developing a proactive safety culture, strengthening process safety management, preventing workplace incidents, ensuring environmental sustainability, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing blocks, utilities, engineering, warehouse, solvent recovery, and other plant operations.
What you'll do
- Lead and drive the Environment, Health & Safety function across API manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with applicable statutory regulations
- Responsible for developing a proactive safety culture, strengthening process safety management, preventing workplace incidents, ensuring environmental sustainability
- Develop and implement the plant-level EHS strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Establish annual EHS goals, KPIs, budgets, and improvement plans
- Drive a proactive safety culture through employee engagement and leadership involvement
