About the role
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead quality engineering activities with a strong focus on API testing, automation, and end-to-end quality assurance. The role will be responsible for defining QA strategy, leading QA teams, improving automation coverage, and ensuring high-quality releases across API-driven applications and integrations.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and automation testers
- Define and implement the overall QA strategy, processes, standards, and best practices
- Own the API testing strategy covering functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and contract testing
- Review requirements, architecture, API specifications, and acceptance criteria to identify quality risks early
- Develop and maintain automated API test frameworks and CI/CD-integrated test suites
