About the role
To ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of plant equipment and utilities through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring minimum equipment downtime and compliance with GMP, EHS, and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
What you'll do
- A. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of API manufacturing equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, agitated nutsche filter dryers (ANFDs), pumps
- Attend equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis to minimize recurring failures
- Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment availability
- Coordinate with production for planned shutdowns and maintenance activities
