About the role
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and mechanical equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot reactors, centrifuges, agitated nutsche filter dryers (ANFDs), dryers, condensers, heat exchangers, pumps, and vacuum pumps. Handle maintenance of utility systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, thermic fluid heaters, and compressed air systems.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and mechanical equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot reactors, centrifuges, agitated nutsche filter dryers (ANFDs), dryers, condensers, heat exchangers, pumps, and vacuum pumps
- Handle maintenance of utility systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, thermic fluid heaters, and compressed air systems
- Monitor and maintain pipelines, valves, gearboxes, mechanical seals, and agitator assemblies
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and equipment history records
