Rigger

About the role

The Fabrication Rigger is responsible for safely carrying out rigging, lifting, shifting, positioning, alignment, and installation activities associated with fabricated steel structures, piping spools, pressure vessels, tanks, skids, and other oil and gas equipment.

What you'll do

• A. Rigging and Lifting Operations
• Perform rigging activities for lifting, shifting, loading, unloading, and positioning fabricated materials and equipment
• Handle piping spools, structural steel members, pipe supports, equipment skids, tanks, vessels, and other fabricated components
• Select appropriate slings, shackles, hooks, lifting beams, spreader beams, and other rigging accessories according to the approved lifting plan
• Verify the identification, working load limit (WLL), safe working load (SWL), certification, and inspection status of rigging equipment before use
