About the role
The Training Manager is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of the sales force within the assigned Business Unit or region. The role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to ensure the field force is equipped with strong product knowledge, scientific understanding, and selling capabilities to drive business performance.
What you'll do
- Deliver induction programs for new sales employees
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based learning programs
- Ensure training programs are delivered as per the annual training calendar
- Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with business needs
- Coordinate product training for new product launches and lifecycle updates
