About the role
ensure effective implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) systems across API manufacturing operations, ensuring statutory compliance, workplace safety, environmental protection, accident prevention and adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements. Ensure implementation of safety procedures across API manufacturing blocks, utilities and engineering areas.
What you'll do
- Ensure effective implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) systems across API manufacturing operations, ensuring statutory compliance, workplace safety
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures across API manufacturing blocks, utilities and engineering areas
- Conduct routine safety inspections, workplace audits and safety observations
- Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe working practices
- Ensure implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems for hot work, height work, confined space and electrical work
