About the role
To ensure effective implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practices across API manufacturing operations, ensuring workplace safety, environmental compliance, safe chemical handling, accident prevention and adherence to statutory requirements.
What you'll do
- Conduct daily safety inspections across production blocks, warehouse, engineering, utilities and other plant areas
- Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe working practices
- Ensure implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems
- Monitor hot work, confined space, work at height and electrical work permits
- Ensure proper implementation of Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures
