Ensure accurate and timely processing of direct party invoices. Track CNS stock transfers and maintain updated records for all movements. Coordinate with transporters/logistics teams to arrange deliveries as per schedule. Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints promptly regarding shortage and damage.
