About the role
To supervise technical and production activities on the shop floor, ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment, adherence to process parameters and SOPs, achievement of production targets, and effective troubleshooting of operational issues.

- Technical & Production Operations
- Supervise day-to-day technical and production activities within the assigned area
- Ensure production operations are carried out as per approved SOPs, process instructions, and production schedules
- Monitor critical process parameters and equipment performance
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and utilities
