About the role
To perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment servicing, and mechanical repair activities for API production equipment and utility systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations in compliance with GMP and EHS requirements.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment
- Assist in maintenance and overhauling of reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, vacuum dryers, pumps, agitators, and heat exchangers
- Carry out replacement of bearings, mechanical seals, gaskets, valves, belts, and couplings
- Perform alignment of pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment
- Identify mechanical faults, abnormal vibration, leakage, and unusual noise
