About the role
"Job Purpose: To operate and monitor granulation equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety requirements, and production schedules.
What you'll do
- Operate granulation equipment and associated machinery as per approved batch manufacturing records and SOPs
- Verify equipment cleanliness, line clearance, equipment status labels, and readiness before starting operations
- Check and verify raw materials, dispensing details, batch numbers, and material quantities before processing
- Monitor critical process parameters such as mixing time, binder addition, impeller speed, chopper speed, and granulation endpoint, as applicable
- Record all process activities, observations, and parameters accurately in batch records and equipment logbooks
