Technician

About the role

The Engineering Technician must comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and site quality systems. Perform routine inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing of API manufacturing equipment. Attend equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or utility-related problems within the technician's authorized scope.

What you'll do

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing of API manufacturing equipment
• Attend equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or utility-related problems within the technician's authorized scope
• Ensure equipment guards, interlocks, earthing, and other safety devices are in place and functional
• Coordinate with production personnel before starting maintenance work on process equipment
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules according to the approved maintenance plan
