About the role
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in API production as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assist in the execution of batch manufacturing activities according to the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR). Handle process operations such as charging, mixing, heating, cooling, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, and material transfer, as applicable to the assigned process.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in API production as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in the execution of batch manufacturing activities according to the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR)
- Handle process operations such as charging, mixing, heating, cooling, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, and material transfer
- Monitor process parameters, including temperature, pressure, pH, agitation speed, flow rate, and reaction time
- Ensure correct identification and handling of raw materials, intermediates, solvents, and finished products
