About the role
Responsible for installation support, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of HVAC and air-conditioning systems at customer or plant sites under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The technician will ensure reliable, safe, and energy-efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
What you'll do
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC and air-conditioning systems
- Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment as per AMC schedules
- Handle maintenance of AHU, FCU, split AC, cassette AC, package AC, VRF/VRV, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems, as applicable
- Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, recovery, and related HVAC servicing activities
- Clean and maintain filters, coils, drain trays, blowers, condenser units, and other HVAC components
