About the role
The Design Head – Electrical/Mechanical will act as the Owner's technical authority for all electrical engineering aspects of a 200 MW Combined Cycle Gas Power Plant (CCPP). The role is responsible for review, validation, and approval of electrical design and engineering documents prepared by the EPC Contractor and Owner's Engineer (OE), ensuring compliance with project requirements, grid codes, statutory regulations, and best industry practices.
What you'll do
- Electrical Design Review & Governance
- Lead Owner-side review and approval of all electrical design deliverables from EPC and OE
- Ensure designs meet safety, reliability, operability, maintainability, and lifecycle cost objectives
- Act as the single-point technical authority for electrical systems across the project
- Plant Electrical Systems (Generation & BOP)
